I've had a tubaligation approx. 4 yrs ago. I've had two vaginal births. My problem is that I can't seem to get rid of my yeast infection or vaginitis. I experiece symptoms every 2-3 weeks which makes sex very uncomfortable. I experience lots of burning during and after intercourse even, with foreplay. I also have lower abdomenal cramps the following day. My doctor didn't have much to say but 'lots of lubrication & foreplay.'
