Male menopause and blood-pressure drugs causes ejaculation or post-ejaculation pain, no more seminal production and no more sexual orgasm

It seems it is really hard for me to produce any resonable amount of semen when I have sexual relations. I'm 47 and have had a great sex life till I hit 40. Recently I've noticed an acute pain in my left testicle a couple of hours after having sexual relations, usually it goes away the next morning. Also at times after starting the sexual act, 10 minutes later, my erection starts to fizzle away, irregardless on how hard we try. I take Lisiniiprol 40 mg. for high blood pressure and just a basic vitamin. I noticed that if I take about 50mg (1/2 a tab) of Viogra I have an extremly hard time to ejaculate but a harder erection. If I take Horny Goat Weed, it seems better but doesn't produce a harder erection. Well I hope you have some suggestions, thanks.
