Hello, anyway about three weeks ago i tried stupidly stretching my penis with an elastic band and without realizing it i also cut off much of the circulation going to my penis. once noticing that i stopped and took it off. everything seemed fine till about a week later when i noticed that some veins were popping out much mor then normal and there were also some spider type veins showing. my penis also began to become somewhat discolored in the top region from like an inch below the head up to the tip. now its a little discolored and when not erect more wrinkled then the rest of my penis. and when erect the color of the damaged area gets redder but less firm then the rest of my penis. it doesn't hurt any and i think that i damaged the circulation flowing into the head and upper region of my penis. if you have any advice it would be greatly appreciated
