In fact i havn't had such a high sex drive and good erections since puberty, however compared with a male of my age, 23 yrs old, i feel i am about 50% recovered and there is still a while to go yet for complete recovery. 1. Yes. you can add 1 tablet of DopaFibra to your program. . You need 5-HTP to stabilize your serotonin nervous function and and thus, your cardiovascular function.

2. As long as your serotonin and parasympathetic nervous function can balance the sympathetic nervous function driven by dopamine-adrenalin conversion in the rear brain and adrenal medulla, you are OK with DopaFibra. That is why you can not ignore 5-HTP which elevates your serotonin and GABA levels to reduce the dopamine-adrenalin conversion. 5-HTP can increases the threshold of the maximum dopamine level. This is because excessively elevating the dopamine level can trigger the sympathetic nervous fight or flight , which causes the irregular cardiovascular output (up = Fight; down = Flight), but easily ignites orgasm/ejaculation (the Fight) or libido/erection withdraw (the Flight) during lovemaking.
