My Significant Other (51) recently had a vasectomy since I am not suppose to take birth control pills (cause migraines) and have not gone through menopause.

Our problem is this: since the vasectomy, he has not been able to ejaculate. The desire is there, and no problem with his erections. He says that he gets "right to the edge," but just can't ejaculate. Also complains that he doesn't have the same sensitivity in his penis has he had before the operation.

We've talked to the doctor and he doesn't think it's related to the vasectomy. However, we've not had any problems before! The doctor checked the sensitivity of the penis and agrees that it's not what it should be, but doesn't know how it relates to the vasectomy.

I'm beginning to think that the vasectomy was a big mistake!
