Hi Dr. Lin, came across your site and was interested to see that your claims that pc muscle contractions accelerate orgasms, since this is exactly what I've observed for myself when lovemaking.

There is also another point of confusion that i haven't been able to resolve. ALl the websites say that to locate your PC muscle, it's the muscle that stops the flow of urine. Now for me there are two sets of muscles that can do this - the one that contracts the anus (posterior), and the one that is closer to testicles, and when i squeeze this one, my penis "jumps" a little. The thing is, I can't squeeze the second one independently of the first. I can only make my penis jump if i also squeeze my anus muscle. I can squeeze my anus muscle by itself no problem.

So i'm confused which one the websites and books are referring to - i've never had this ambiguity resolved.

Should i be contracting the PC muscle just before i reach orgasm, in order to get back to "zero?" - or should i only use breathing techniques?
