I have read many of your articles and letters. I think, after reading, that my main problem is over masturbation. That, and alcohol consumption. I masturbate at least once daily..sometimes twice. As far as sex, maybe once every two weeks. I have much semen leak during foreplay. My main concern is a weak erection during sex. Also, not being able to repeat intercourse after my first orgasm.
I drink about 4 times a week. At each drinking, I drink about 6 beers. I wonder if this is considered excessive when dealing with the sexual dysfunction.
