I am a 28 year old male. I have been noticing the effects of masturbation, on my concentration and memory. The effects are horrible! After masturbation, I feel very absent-minded, have a hard time concentrating, feel less intelligent and have a hard time visualizing things in my head. Overall I feel strange!!
