Your Peyronie disease is a result of the penile scar produced by the rubber-band stress acting on the erecting penile tissue and nerve.
When the erectile drug won't work, it indicates that the penile parasympathetic nervous function produces no much Nitric Oxide and cGMP, or maybe the penile parasympathetic nerves has been severe damaged.
