Dr. Lin,
I had a vasectomy when I was 42. Until then, I had great hair and never anticipated thinning and balding, which I have done progressively over the past eight years. To counteeract this I hvae taken proscar for the finestaride. I "think" this has helped.

Vasectomy drops testosterone levels by about 33 % after
the testicular function is castrated.
If your T level becomes too low to bioelectrically charge the parasympathetic nervous function for the nitric oxide (NO ) production, you arteries constrict for a poor blood circulation.
