Yes! Although sinus or toothaches can cause ear buzzing, but they are the temporary factors. If you have a bending nasal septum, you will be very easy to have sinus in one side. If this is the case, you can use nasal spray to decongest the nasal cavity. I have this problem. Nasal sprays won't affect sex.

I am shocked to learn that I am in the peri -menopause stage........ and when I checked for more info about perimenopause, it seems that you are right.
