Case Title: Over-masturbating and Pot smoking for stiff low back and hair loss - no sexual orgasm

I have had hair loss since I was around 19 years old ( on my head). I have lost hair on my face recently, on my chin. It was almost a perfect circle of hair that fell out, then I noticed more circles of hair loss forming on other areas of my face. I have had back problems (upper back tends to constrict so tight that I can hardly move and lower back sometimes). I have masturbated once a day since I was about 13 years old and I wonder if this is causing the problems. I have recently (the past few months) cut my masterbation to about 4 times a week. I have also began to eat more vegetables and fruit, leaning towards a macrobiotic diet. For a period of about 4-5 years I used marijuana almost daily. Could this have also contributed my problems? I also smoked ciggeretes for about 8 years, but I quit around 2 years ago. Do you have any suggestions as to what may be causing the hair loss on my face and my tight muscles in my back?
