Case Title: On neck pain and headache upon orgasm or ejaculation for no sexual orgasm

Dear Dr. Lin,
I have had very severe pain in my neck and headache when I am about to orgasm, several times
in the last 5 years. Some of them occured when I was having sex second or third time,
but some hours after the first one and during the day, not at night.
Is this a serious problem?

this is called orgasm or post-orgasm head.
It will force you to stop having ejaculation or orgasm.
Most of the cases are not a big deal, but some are caused by brain tumors.
