Penile exercises and Over-masturbation cause this 19-yrd old impotence and perineum pain for no sexual orgasm

im 19 and about a month ago i tried this penis exersises i read about online and now i am having somne problems. at first i had no feeling in my penis an could not get an erection,and it seems that my penis hangs longer, is more flexible (i can bend it in a u shap no problem now, lifeless and cold. it almost felt like when your arm is asleep. so i went to my doctor and he said i was fine. after that i was able to get an erection, but not a full one. i was only able to ejactulate once and that was very premature, very, very unlike myself. i found that i had a very sensitive area between my rectum and my scrotom that seememd somewhat swallon, if i push on it i am able to get a full erection, but it is painful, i had to go to the ER when i first did it becasue i thought i was having a heart attack, i even collapsed three times that night. i was checked for prostritus, and was fine. i was sent to a urologist who gave me about 3 minutes of his time to tell me to go see someone else. i notice that there is something in my scrotom area where it attachs to my penis that is causing the sensations when touched as the area futher back... if i knew nothing about medicine and lived in a tribe with a witch doctor i would tell him that it feels like what ever made my penis work before snaped and is now in this area between my rectum and penis, the base of my penis is very sensitive in this way as well. it it possible that some nerve broke and is now down in that area? i have looked up vast amounts of infromation on the male reporductive organs and noted sacral nerves, pudendal nerves, and the ishcio cavernosa as possible areas of conflict. im runnin myself in circles becasue i dont have the medical backround requied to diagnos myself, however the problem is proventing me from so much as using my bike because of the awful sensation i get when this area is touched. any ideas???

I suspect your problem is due to a combination of over-masturbation and penile exercise damage. Penile exercises can lead to Over-masturbation.
Your nerves down there suffers from a deficiency of the relaxin/elastin prostaglandin E-1 and an excessive prostaglandin E-2.
As a result, your nerves lose their elasticity and can not withhold mechanical stress and strain produced by stretching, expansion, compression or torsion, which triggers pain or cramp signals.
