I am a 35 year old male. For about 10 years, I have been experiencing a large amount of clear pre-ejaculatory fluid during sex/while intensely aroused. I've been told this fluid leaves a bad/salty taste in the mouth. Even though I enjoy oral sex it leaves me very hesistant to ask for it and partners sometimes don't want to do it or ask that I use a condom which damages my self-esteem and takes away the pleasure from sex. I was a heavy masturbator in my youth and still do it once or twice a day. Should I stop masturbating and is there any way I can stop this fluid from leaking? Thanks for your help.
