Greetings Dr. Lin,

After using several dozen penile injections over about a one year period six years ago, I became incapable of having an erection. The left side of my penis would not fill with blood and enlarge. The left side of my penis, at the injection site, also created a hard spot and lump, which now (after six years without injection) seems to be gone. Injection at that time would engorge the right side of my penis, but not the left. Of course, I stopped the injections.

Now, after six years, a full erection is not possible. Also, when partially erect, I have lost considerable size (about 25% loss). I also experience intense ringing (tinnitus) in my ears most of the time.
