i have a retroverted uterus and just found this out which explains why i always have discomfort with sex. but i wanted to know that if the man entered from behind and then pushed forward would this cause the uterus to eventually mve to the forward position? or AT LEAST not hurt temporarily?

It causes a low abdomen pain and bowel movement when the the utrerus moves away from the low abdomen toward the rectum. During sex it will allow the penis to directly strike the cervix orifice for pain if the penis is erecting hard and long enough.
Although the back-entry position may allow the uterus to gravitationally drop back toward the low abdomen during intercourse to avoid pain, the plastic deformation of this ligament won't bring the retroverted uterus back to the original position.
You have to restore the strength of this ligament and shrink its length.
If you don't restore it, the uterus can eventually drop dwon the entrance of the vagina when the Ovarian Ligament can not support the weight of uterus. And you will have a prolapsed-retroverted uterus as shown in
