I'm a 32 year old woman in a happy and loving relationship with a 25 year old man for 7 years. I don't know how long ago it started but I don't really feel any sexual feelings in my sexual parts. If you touched my nipples, I wouldn't know you were touching them, but if you move out to the sides of my breasts, it feels sensitive there. Similarly with my labia etc.

However I CAN orgasm, though it involves very hard and intense rubbing of the clitoris, and I have to tense every muscle in my body to build the sexual feelings. It feels quite mechanical. It also makes my muscles hurt and cramp! My partner can make me feel a little something if he sucks on my clitoris, but again it has to be very hard and prolonged sucking. And it would not be enough to make me orgasm.

We have had sex with other people (together) and I notice that the other girls seem to only need a gentle soft touch. It makes me feel very masculine that I need this hard physical work to make me come.

I've occasionally taken drugs such as ecstasy or marijuana (8 times a year or so), and the problem is totally solved - I feel everything very intensely and can orgasm even by thinking about it! Unfortunately it is very tempting to take this easy route to solve my problems.

4. Deficiency of the relaxin/elastin prostaglandin E-1 (PGE-1) synthesized by the tissue due to a lack of the androgen hormones and acetylcholine. There will be No arterial dilation and muscle/nervous flexibility without PGE-1
