Case Title: C-sections have caused her sexual dysfunction for no more sexual orgasm
Reader: 11/17/2003>
You are the only web I've come across that seems to admit to the sexual dysfunction and c-section connection.. I want to cry! It's gone, completely gone. I feel like an empty hole. I've had 2 c-sections, the 1st I experienced a slight to moderate decline in sensation but the second completely wiped it out. I have really educated myself and in fact do womens health seminars in relation to what I have learned and have helped many women but not myself. At first thought this was due to hormonal change due to my age,now 41, but this goes way beyond that. Everything I have learned and applied, exercise, supplements, natural hormone replacement, has done NOTHING to help. Now there is nothing,I feel like I've been castrated! Help, I want information on this. Why wont anyone admit to this condition in regards to c-sections? I KNOW this is what caused this , it doesn't take a PH.D to figure this out. But why wont Dr.s address it, is it because of liability! Please send me
infor. I'm not one to be just take a pill or supplement without knowing the why of it and what makes it work. I've become too disallusioned for that. This is my body and I now ask why before I do anything and then I research it myself. The world of modern medicine has really messed me up and I've learned from these lessons. I've had other incidences that I wont go into but it has really taught me. Sorry to vent on you like this... I appreciate your time and any response you can give me.

Well, I have done both statistics and anatomic explanation. I have tried to prove that the same practice will result in the same problem.
You can not have a good nervous sensitivity and sexual response when you cut or damage the sympathetic nervous circuit from L1 (Iliohypogastric nerves to the low abdomen, above the pubic bone, and Ilionguinal nerves to the clitoris and pubis) and L2 in the uterus, and when you have a lot of surgery scar to block the blood circulation in the low
abdomen, near the pubic bone, and in the uterus. Real Orgasm requires uterine contraction to send sexual energy up to the, heat, lung and front brain as described in
http://action.love/image/wavepath.jpg
The uterine contraction is supported by the flexibility of the uterus and the relaxin/elastin Prostaglandin E-1
(PGE-1) for the tissue elasticity..
When the uterus is full of scar, the uterine tissue elasticity and the PGE-1 production mechanism are gone.
This not only dampens the uterine contraction, but also causes the psychological disorder if the L1/L2 nervous path from the Epicenter/cervix to the hypothalamus/Pituitary gland, where the emotional/orgasmic hormone oxytocin is supposed to release upon an internal or external stimulation, is cut.
If you need anatomic references, please read Plates 375, 385 and 386 in "Atlas of Human Anatomy" by Frank H. Netter, M.D.
