Case Title: Over-masturbation causes this 19 years old's impotency and

Reader : 12/16/2003> hello doctor, i have a big problem, i really need your help, well i am 19 years old and i can barley get an erection anymore , the only way is if i start to masturbate, but if i stop masturbating my erection will go right down, this happens no matter what even if im with my girlfriend, i have noticed also is that i dont have any semen at all, the only way i will have some is if i dont ejaculate for a couple days, if i ejaculate more then once a day i will barley have any semen, my semen is really watery and clumpy, does me not getting a erection anymore and not being able to maintain it have to do with the loss of my semen?
