I have this problem:
I have been masturbating since i was 11 years old,(sometimes once a day, twice or thrice) i am now 19 now though i stoped it about 4 months ago.
I sometimes ejaculate when i urinate.
My penis erects unexpectedly or whenever the slightest thing i hear that is arousal.
I feel depressed and i have a bad eyesight (short sight) and it is getting worse.
I plan in getting married when i graduate in about 3 or 4 years time. ( i am a muslim and dont do sex before marriage) and becuz of this i am REALLY worried about impotence and sexual exhaustion. I am starting to fell that this is happening.
Please could you give me some advice on what to do. what can i do to prevent impotence and all these horrible things i keep reading here.

That is very bad.
The semen leakage is due to a weak parasympathetic nervous control and a weak serotonin modulation of the sympathetic nervous ejaculation/orgasmic action in the prostate.
That is, over-masturbation has damaged your prostate's parasympathetic nervous function and serotonin nervous modulator.
