Hi, I am a male in my late twentys
up to my mid twentys I would say my sex life was good. I could last for a decent length of time and even have intercourse 2 or more times in a night. But for the last couple of years my ejectulation has been a lot quicker. It usually takes around 2-3 minutes if not a lot quicker and my libido is much lower. This is starting to affect my relationship. My gf is 7 years younger than me an i've heard that reaching my 30s I could expect a lower libido and quicker ejectulations but I didn't think is would be this bad. Generally, Men in their 30 are supposed to last longer in sex than in their 20. This is because the
over-stimulation of the prostate by testosterone and DHT is over after their 30, but the androgen hormones are still high enough to retain a hard erection for prolonging erection.
