The root of the prostatitis/urethritis is the prostate abrasion by a poor-quality ejaculation jet containing no or insufficient Prostaglandin E-1 while the ejaculation duct tissue produces no Prostaglandin E-1. A high quality semen contains a high level of androgen hormones and Prostaglandin E-1, which work as a tissue and nervous healing drug, anti-tumor or anti-cancers agent, natural immune protector, and anti-depression drug for both men and women. A low quality semen is very corrosive and destructive for the nerves and tissue in the prostate/urethral duct and vagina/cervix.
The general solutions for prostatitis/urethritis are:
1. Increasing the Prostaglandin E-1 synthesis in the tissue and the Prostaglandin E-1 concentration in semen;
2. Reducing or stopping the Over-expression of enzyme COX-2 and prostaglandin E-2 production;
3. Optimizing the ejaculation frequency to give the prostate and urethra a break for healing and restoration but also to allow the old semen to discharge once or twice a week or once every two weeks, depending the individual seminal production capacity;
