Hi Dr. Lin,
I can't find a source for Borage Oil in the 3000mg dosage that your recommend on your site (mostly available in 240-300mg capsules. Doesn't seem right to have to take 10 of these a day. The bottle on the 300mg gelcaps recommends "one-a-day". Please clarify and refer me to a source that sells "big" gel caps of Borage Oil.

Check the content of EPA in the Fish Oil capsule and GLA in the Borage Oil Capsule.
My suggestion dosage for therapy is about 1000 mg EPA and 500 mg GLA.
So, you should read the contents of EPA and GLA to determine how softgels or capsules you need.
For examples, the regular concentration of EPA in Fish Oil is about 150 mg per 1000-mg softgel; and the regular concentration of GLA n Borage Oil is about 200 mg per 1000-mg softgel. That is about 6-7 softgels of Fish Oil and 2-3 softgels of Borage Oil for therapy.
The highest concentration for GLA is 300 mg in a 1000-mg softgel; for EPA is 600 mg in 1000 mg softgel. That is ABOUT 2 softgels each a day.
