How to increase the pregnancy chance for women with irregular period, and sexual orgasm too!

I am a 26year old married female trying to have a baby! Trying is the key phrase! My husband is 33 and has a 10year old. My question is what do I need to do...I do not have regular periods so I am not ovulating as often as I should. What do I do to fix this? Thanks!
