Vasectomy kills his testicular function for no more sexual orgasm

Hi, I have been reading your articles on similar problems I have been having and just wanted to get your recommendation and see what you recommend for my situation. About 2 1/2 years ago I had a vasectomy done. Not long after that I began noticing problems, my erections were not firm, and if they were they did not last. I would also ejaculate a lot sooner that I used to. A few months later I began to notice my testicles getting smaller. I went to the doctor and had a blood test done and found my testosterone was low, around 170. The doctor put me on injections of 100 milligrams every 2 weeks. 6 months later my blood testosterone was 196. He then moved and I had to find another doctor. After telling him my situation he continued the injections but lowered them to 80 milligrams. After 5 months he retested my level and it had dropped to 123. My sex life has almost stopped because none of my parts seem to work very well. My doctor has boosted my injections up to 160 milligrams to see if this will help. In the mean time I have scheduled an appointment with a Urologist and will see him next week. I then found your web site and found many others with the same problems. I prefer using more natural ways of healing and have tried a sample of one of stamina and erection supplements from the internet (the Ple?sure Pill and M?nzyme) and it did nothing except made me feel like I had drank 40 cups of coffee, it did nothing for my erection. My wife has been very patient and I would love to start pleasing her like I used to do. What products would you recommend for me to use? I know you must be busy and I think you for your time and web site.
PS my doctor has me on Phenterrmine to lose about 40 pounds, will that cause any conflicts with your products?

Obviously, your testicular function is totally dead.

Testosterone injection usually stimulates the liver to produce excessive aromatase of 5-alpha reductase.
aromatase converts testosterone to estrogen for penile shrinkage, breast outgrowth and weight gain, while 5-alpha reductase converts testosterone DHT for hair loss and prostate enlargement.
We have to find out where the testosterone replacement goes. It is likely turned to estrogen for your weight gain. You have to stop the testosterone-estrogen conversion without using the weight loss drug.
