Case Title: Vaginal looseness, Prostaglandin E-1, C-section, and nervous triggering of sexual orgasm
Reader: 2/07/2004>
Dear Dr. Lin:
Please help me? I just turned 45 yrs. old. I am a female whose relationship ended due to vagina walls being to loose. I have 2 children but gave birth through C-Section and I don't understand how my vagina entrance has expanded. I breast fed both children and thought that this tightens your vagina. What has happened to me? I have a new partner of whom I'm experiencing the same problem with. I barely feel him. I have no problem with lubrication. When I'm aroused, my vagina naturally lubricates itself real well. It's just that my vagina is loose and not tight any longer. Please tell me what is the best thing for me? Every now and then when I urinate I stop my urine and then release it to try to do exercises. I have also done this during intercourse (tightened my muscles around the penis) which he feels but not good enough. Please help and let me know what I can use to correct this problem. The cream you mention seems like it would be great. But you are the doctor!
and I prefer you to tell me. Thank you so much in advance for your help. Also, are there any side affects from any of these medicines, limited time that they should be used, how often to use, etc?
Dr. Lin: 2/07/2004>You should understand your problems first.
The vaginal tightness and muscular strength are associated with the nervous erectile mechanism, prostaglandin E-1 synthesis and androgen hormone level in the vaginal tissue. These factors also affect the erection and sensitivity of the clitoris/G-spot and urethral/vaginal spongy tissue. When there is no much blood flow to erect the vaginal tissue, the vagina becomes loosened and enlarged. The vaginal canal is like the elbow cuff of the blood pressure sensor device while the penis is like the elbow. When the cuff is fully inflated, the elbow is tightly gripped by the cuff. The tightly penis-vagina fitting lets the lovemaking couple feel very
passionate and excited.

http://action.love/cases/case11785.htm
C-section can cause sexual/orgasmic dysfunction, due to the cutting of the uterine and clitoral nervous circuits rom L1/L2 and the blockage of the uterine/clitoral blood circulation by the C-section scar, as explained in this link -
http://action.love/extra/c-section.htm
The cutting of L1/L2 nervous branch circuits in the clitoris and uterus can cause the numbness of the clitoris and the Epicenter/Cervix (the vaginal ending pocket - the most concentrated nervous endings in the vaginal canal, more than the G-spot) and also block the
oxytocin release from the pituitary gland triggered by the L1/L2 circuits between the Epicenter/cervix and
hypothalamus/pituitary, where oxytocin is responsible for the initiation of the clitoral/vaginal/uterine orgasmic contraction.
