oops! Jelqing penile exercises have damaged this 18-year old penis for a weak erection and no more sexual orgasm.

Hi im 18 and for like the past 2 weeks ive tried jelqing excericises 3 times for no longer than 7 mins a piece. Now i cant seem to get a nice hard on anymore, i can only achieve a soft 3 o clock erection. I leak precum and when i ejaculate i feel a slight burning sensation at the base of the head in my penis.Ive noticed an increase in visable(varicose?) veins but dont see any real color change or spots. It seems the blood cant get trapped in my penis ,and the head feels cool to the touch. Ive looked around your site and noticed similiar problems.
