i have two questions though, what is the anal breathing technique exactly.

second, is just a history of my problem.

i think i used to excessivley masturbate for many years. since i was like 12.
when i was about 19 i abused marijauna until i was 21. i used tobevery active in sports but i stopped betwwen 18 - 21. i began losing my hair slightly at 18, by 19 it was begining to be noticeable. now it is noticeable as i lost a few inches in the front. i also have a severly deviated septum, which will hopefully be fixed soon. it began togive me real problems when i was 20.
at about 19, my first sexual experience only lasted a few minutes but i had control and felt that i was just excited and new at it.
later when iwas 20, after my nose and breathing started severly bothering me sometimes i began to premature ejaculate.
at 21 i began toexcercise again, regularly practice yoga, stop using marijauna, etc. my hair loss slowed down to almost nill. my breathing is better but still a problem. i try not to masturbate.
and i still occasionally premature ejaculate. usually involving vaginal intercouse when ihave to do more work. since i can't breath as weel and calm down. any suggestions for getting my health optimized.
