Penile pumping has bruised his penis for no sexual orgasm

I was using one of those penis pumps. Generally I would use it to pump and them
relax the pumping sensation and only continue the blood expansion and pump for
about 5 minutes and then release and do it another day. This particular day I believe that I must have not been paying attention to the time and was distracted by something else and lost track of the time. I believe that the elapsed time was more like 15 minutes before feeling a strenous tightening pressure at the base of my penis and of course the rest of the penis shaft was being sucked forward in the vacuum tube and expanding filled with blood the base was getting tighter and creating excruiating pain and I then finally realized that I had done th excercise far too long. The next day my penis begin to appear dark/purple in color and then the skin on my testicles became dry, shiny and hard or course. The skin began to dry up the very next day. It began to peel. But the very next day the other side of my testicles began to get hard and dry. I took a shower and thought that that will soften the skin. But after the shower the skin began to dry, shine and get hard and course all over once again. Have I damaged the blood vessels and tissue. Can I do something to give my penis its normal color. The color is a dark smeared look. Lines underneath the penis also transvers the penis shaft as well. It appears that there are blood deposits throughout the penile area. It looks gross and looks as if I might have to get the damned thing cut off. Help is there something that I should be doing or is there some type of excercises that I can reverse this abnormal aberration. Or is there any particular medicine that I can use to help. Also I can get an erection with a lot of physical stimulation and with great mental concentration. The feeling in my penis is not as sensitive as it was before.
