Causes and solutions for unconventional headaches beyond drugs and doctors' abilities

I am a 46 year-old male in generally good health, but...

I starting getting severe headaches that increased dramatically in frequency when I was about 35 years old. The frequency increased until the headaches were daily, and lasting all day long. The headaches pain originates in an area about 1 inch behind my nose, and radiates from there to the rest of my head.

I discovered that if I abstain from sexual release (orgasm/ejaculation) for a period of more than two days, the headache intensity increases. Furthermore, if I have too many (more than two orgasms per day) the pain increases dramatically also. I therefore have to adhere to a regimen of inducing one orgasm per day, just to minimize the headach pain. Even with this regimen, my headache pain is with me every day, and it dramatically imposes on my quality of life. It's a living hell.

After trying a long list of pharmaceuticals, I have found that several drugs help a little. I take 7.5 mg of Zyprexa (a dopamine antagonist) per day, Amerge (similar to Imitrex, a seratonin agonist), and Fiorinal w/Codeine (3 capsules per day). These meds help a lot, but my pain is ever present, and my quality of life could stand some serious improvement!

I have often wondered, could my testosterone levels could have anything to do with this? I have been to dozens of doctors, including many neurologists, an endocrinologist, a urologist, many general practionists, even several psychiatrists, but none of them seem to have a clue as to what's causing the condition, or how to treat it. None of them have ever seen a case like mine.
