Birth Control Pills causes young girl's reddish brown vaginal discharge, menstrual pains and cramps, and spotting for no sexual orgasm.

Two weeks ago I had my normal period....extremely painful a week before as usual, and then the normal 7 days of bleeding. I thought I was done after that, but then I began to have reddish-brown (sometimes thick) discharge. It has been going on for over a week now post menstral cycle. This is really begining to worry me. I thought it might have been because of the new birth control I am on...but now I am not so sure. This discharge is also accompanied by cramps..just as though I am on my period. I had an ovarian cyst removed two months ago as well. I'm not sure if that could have anything to do with it, but I am trying to think of everything. If it matters yes I have been sexually active but not for three months so I have basically ruled out pregnancy.

Natural progesterone can prevent spotting, bleeding, brown or black discharge, but cause white discharge, and dampen the uterine contraction. However, an excessive natural progesterone will cause deficiency of androstenedione and testosterone, resulting in deficiency of prostaglandin E-1 in the uterus, vagina, and uterine-support ligaments, and thus, leading to vaginal dryness, painful sex, PMS nad orgasmic dysfunction too. That is, even if your liver can convert progestin into natural progesterone, you may still experience sexual dysfunction due to the hormonal castration of the brain/nervous and pituitary-ovarian function.
When progestin stops the prostaglandin E-1 synthesis in your vagina, you will experience penetration and intercourse pains.
