Street and medication drug abuses cause this young man's erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation for no more sexual orgasm

I'm having problems with premature ejaculation. I for the most part can maintain erections for long periods of time if I'm stimulated. Sometimes I can last a while (especially if I'm using a condom), but more often then not I consider it a premature ejaculation. Me and my girlfriend live together and have sex once to twice a week.
My history is as follows. I started smoking pot when I was 16, and have smoked multiple times daily (on average) ever since. When I was 17 I started taking speed, and took it excessively for 2 years (aka non stop). I have taken MDMA about 10 times, psychedeclic mushrooms about 100 times, LSD about 40 times, multiple week long binges with cocaine, long term use of valium and many other perscription drugs (Ritalin, OxyContin, Codeine, and some barbituates), and a variety of other synthetic drugs (benzylpiperazine, salvinorin A, DMT, and many others).
I drink about 4 beers a night on average, and take sleeping pills about 3 times a week. I don't take many other drugs any more other than marijuana, alcohol, sleeping pills, Adrafanil, and Straterra.

Is there any help for me? I would like to improve my sexual performance if at all possible.
My daily vitamin intake is confined to Centrum and Omega-3s, combined with some herbal supplements.
