Case Title: Over-masturbation since 12 lets this 29-year old soldier

I am writing because I have a problem. I am not sure what it is and need
your help. I have had too much sex and have masturbated far too often in my
life, since I was about 12. Now I am 29 and am experiencing the following
symptoms:
-premature ejaculation
-semen leakage when I get an erection
-the right side of my penis has lost a little color and there is a slight
bend
-My vision has deteriorated
-I am fatigued too often for no reason
-My semen is watery
-I get light headed and dizzy sometimes when I get an erection or am aroused
-I get erections in the mornings and when I get aroused, but am often
fatigued afterwards
-erections are not as hard as they were before
-harder time getting erections
-had sex and came immediately, then four more times before losing erection
-when I touch my penis sometimes I get a lightheaded sensation
-twice i ejaculated while talking with my girlfriend, without any
stimualtion, she was trying to turn me on
-if I try to work up an erection ising my hands, I have an urge to ejaculate
before I get hard, about half way there
-discomfort in my urethra
-discomfort in the lower abdomen and bloating
-right side of lower abdomen is bloated more than left
-pushing urine feels different, a little more difficult
Please advise me on what to do to help my situation. I am currently in Iraq
and will not have sex for 6 months. Are there any herbal remedies? What
