Case Title: causes for the sex-induce sharp pains in the neck and head

i have never had an orgasm. I come really close ,but don't. Over the past month when my husband and are intimate i get close then I have these sudden extremely sharp pains in my neck and the back of my head, but it is generalized to the left side. Dr. Lin: 3/28/2004>This problem is caused by a rapid dopamine-adrenalin
conversion in the rear brain in the highly sexual arousal, orgasm or post-orgasm state, in conjunction with a deficiency of prostaglandin E-1 production in the local tissue.
The rapid dopamine-adrenalin conversion is due to a deficiency of serotonin in the brain/nervous system.
Prostaglandin E-1 is the elasticity and flexibility hormone (relaxin/eastin) for the nerve, tissue and blood vessel.
When the adrenalin level goes too high, the local tissue and blood vessel constrict against the local nerve, resulting in pains, cramps or headaches.
The dopamine-adrenalin conversion usually occurs in the nonepinephrine and epinephrine (adrenalin) nervous systems which are mainly located in the rear brain. The induced pains or
cramps can spread from the rear brain to the middle and front head and down to the neck and shoulders. They let you feel light-head with heavy shoulders in the post-sex state for few hours to about 1 day.
If your pelvic tissue and uterine-support ligaments and tissue produces
insufficient prostaglandin E-1, you will experience pains or cramps in your low abdomen, tailbone, or perineum area during sex or in the post-sex state. Middle aged women can experience pains or cramps without intercourse due to the movement or contraction of the uterus during day or night.
