Marijuana killed this 26-year old testicular function for no more erection and sexual orgasm.

Thank you for taking the time to answer questions on my particular situation.

I am a 26yr old male. I have been a pot smoker for the past 10 years, and recently quit. I drink alcohol occasionally, and have tried other drugs, but none to the extent of marijuana. Following your advice, I had my hormones checked. They are:

testosterone: 302 ng/dl
free testosterone: 14.2 pg/ml
DHEA Sulfate: 381

The last two are well within normal range, but the total testosterone is low. Here are my symptoms:

Erection typically only reaches 80% If I give it a few days, the harder the erection is.
10 days ago I had a bloody ejaculation. It went away two days later. My doctor diagnosed it as a rupture in the seminal vesicles. There has been some light pain in the perinneum since.
There is sometimes a small amount of inflamation on the head of my penis (has been for about 5 years.)
My penis has a slight bend to the left...I believe to strong right-handed masturbation.

The good news is that I do have a very strong sex drive, and usually maintain a good enough erection to please my partner, particularly when I only ejaculate every other day.
