Case Title: Birth control pills and chronic, excessive stimulation of the G-spot/urethral nerve can cause urethral burning sensation, Non-bacterial
Urinary tract 'infections' (UTI) or urethritis for no sexual orgasm.
Reader: 4/03/2004>
Dr Lin,
I am sexually active with my boyfriend and have been for about 4 months now. About 2 months ago, I developed a urinary tract infection. I went to the doctor, and they gave me antibiotics. They did not help. I went back and they just put me on more antibiotics. They still didn't help. Next, I went to an actual urologist, and he couldn't exactly figure out what was wrong with me, so he put me on that Detrol LA medicine. That definetly didn't work. At one point I though I was getting better, but the pain came back. I'm tired of going to the doctor and having them fill me up with medicine that doesn't work. These are my symptoms:
- VERY frequent urge to urinate (like, non-stop, all the time, even after I go)
- A slight tingling, burning sensation
- pressure in my lower abdomen
I am 18, healthy, on birth control, and I'm confused as to what is wrong with me. Could I have some sort of cancer? Could it be the birth control pills? Should I go to another doctor? I've had this "probelm" for practically 2 months now, and I just want to get better. Me and my boyfriend continued to have sex, and I also wondered if this contributed to it, even though I was on antibiotics, and urinated after sex. We stopped using condoms, b/c I believed that may have been the culprit, but the symptoms remain. We use that KY Jelly Warming liquid stuff...could that contribute also? We recently stopped having sex so I could "heal" and I've been taking left over antibiotics...it seems to be getting worse.I just want my normal self back, this infection has been an ongoing depression for me. It's stating to affect my physical activity and concentration habits....PLease Help ME!!!
Dr. Lin: 4/04/2004 (from Evanston IL)>This is very common problem when the urethral/vaginal spongy tissue can not erect properly to protect the urethra tact under a heavy G-spot stimulation. Generally, birth control pills reduce or even block prostaglandin E-1 production in the urethral/vaginal spongy tissue and desensitize the clitoris and G-spot. Prostaglandin E-1 serves as a production and healing chemical for the local tissue and nerve too. During sex or masturbation, you need a rough stimulation on your vaginal/urethral orifice and G-spot to feel sexual stimulation. The excessive stimulation generally leads to tissue and nervous abrasion for non-bacterial urethritis.
You need ViaPal-hGH-J to help you out.
The problem you have is the same as this one -
Why Birth control pills and chronic, excessive stimulation of the G-spot/urethral nerve can cause urethral burning sensation and wetting bed (urinary incontinence) for no sexual orgasm.
