Antidepression drugs causes erectile dysfunction and seminal production disorder for no more sexual orgasm

GOOD DAY, i have been in a good relationship with a man for 10 months....He has been taking Paxiil for 3 years it has saved him...The paxiil has caused erectile dysfunction.....viaagra helps but ejaculation can only by achieved manually sometimes....he has never been able to ejaculate during intercourse....he more than sexually satisfies me...to which I tell him regularly...the last few months this problem is really affecting him mentally...getting off paxiil is not an option...do you know of another anti depressant that would not cause such an effect..?? or what other medcation would work better in this situation.??Your advise would be so greatly appreciated...
