Penile pumping damage for no more sexual orgasm

I tried a penis pump out and just when finishing I heard a couple of small "Pops".. The next day I noticed a "superfitial vein" from the base of my penis to the tip was small(like it had no blood flow). The next thing, the worse thing I noticed was a very hard large vein just below the tip of my penis running from the top to the bottom on the left side. Although other spider veins did start to occur this BIG vein seems to get really hard and swollen after sexual intercouse. Its as if it has a crunchy substance inside of it.. It's about 1/4 inch in diameter sometimes and I have to massage it to make it go down.. Am I not getting bloodflow? Is bloodflow being restricted? Is this collagen caught in a vein? My penis works great.. I have very hard errections but this vein is starting to get painfull and its an imbarrasing sight. I can send pictures if you need. I read on your site about a guy who had throbmosis.. I think this is what I had or have..
