Don't masturbate more than 3 times a week.
Personally, I have found that ejaculating about 2-3 times a week for weak young men (due to over-masturbation nervous damage) or middle-age people (age 40-60) are close to the optimal ejaculation frequency due to the ratio of the accumulative long-life prostaglandin E-2 (PGE-2) to the shot-life prostaglandin E-1 (PGE-1) in the semen.
