I have just re-ordered your products because they have already helped me in less than 1 month with clearer mind, thicker and more semen, and no more bloody ejaculation. I have 1 question:
I am 26yr old former pot smoker recovering with your help. Before taking your products, my total testosterone was low 300's. Is it ok to lift weights about 3 times per week? I am taking low dose ViaPal-hGH-P, 5-HTP, and Detoxa. I don't want to slow my progress by lifting weights, but if I can I will continue.

Dr. Lin: 4/21/2004> You can have a weightlifting exercise as long as you don't overload yourself.
The problem is "Overloading" which requires a lot of testosterone and prostaglandin E-1 to support the muscular strength and which are likely to produce excessive stress neurohormone adrenalin to cause blood congestion and constrict the blood vessel during the recovery state.
Overloading will tear down the tissue and stimulate the tissue to produce collagen to heal the damage. The regenerated collagenous tissue (scar) will generate more hormone receptors which can accept testosterone or estrogen.
That is why men can grow breasts when a large amount of testosterone is aromatasized into estrogen in the male body.
Excessive hormone receptors in the muscles will compete with your penile tissue for testosterone.
Excessive adrenalin will reduce prostaglandin E-1 production to cause muscle pain and tightness and produce crack sounds in the joints), in addition to shrinking the penis due to the arterial constriction.
A moderate sweating exercise can sweat adrenaline out of your bloodstream in
helping your cardiovascular function and erection.
Please limit your "Moderate Weightlifting" exercise duration to about 40 minutes.
