Dear Doctor... My husband was a marijuana user from the time he was about 18 yrs. old until he was 38. I didn't know that when I met him that he was a user for so many many years. I caught him one morning getting high before going to work. At that time he was 38 yrs. old. We have basically had no sex life. He had trouble having erections for a long time, and I noticed it but was scared to say something about it. After we had been together for about a yr. our sex life really went down hill, to having sex about once every month and now.. almost 3 years later.. it is once every 3-4 months. I have tried to talk to him about it and he refuses to dicuss it. I have sent him to the dr. right after we married and the dr. said that his testosterone levels were fine. I am confused.. and somehthing is wrong. He will not get help. What do I do? Is this problem a direct result from marijuana use for all those years? Please help me find the answer to this question. He claimed
at first that he has low sex drive, then later confessed to NO sex drive.. Help! Kim

Men needs a testosterone level over 500 ng/dl and a sufficient nervous action from the brain's dopamine and acetylcholine/parasympathetic and serotonin nervous functions to retain sexual health - libido, erection, semen production, and ejaculation control.
