Over-masturbation.
What i heard was over-masturbation leads to depletion of acetylcholine (Yin Chi) and dopamine (Yang Chi).I'm chinese and i want your recomendation on chinese medical herbs to help me to restore my Yin and Yang chi.I think i'm suffering from Over-masturbation.I also have a question,that is does over-masturbation link to

Yes! Hand-shakiness is a Parkinson's symptom due to a deficiency of the brain's Dopamine nervous action on the Cerebral Cortex.
Over-masturbation over-burns acetylcholine and serotonin, resulting in an excessive dopamine-adrenalin conversion and a deficiency of dopamine and L-Dopa in the brain and cerebrospinal fluid.
To preserve the brain's dopamine nervous function, the most conservative way is to use serotonin and GABA
by taking 5-HTP (from Griffornia Seed) and
GABA, instead of directly take dopamine's herbs such as Mucuna Puriens Bean.
The other way is to take GABA and L-Arginine where L-Arginine is to boost the
liver function for supporting the neurotransmitters syntheses. You also need a
high dose of B-complex to support the nervous and liver function.
But, either Griffornia Seed or Mucuna Puriens Bean is not a Chinese herb while GABA
and Arginine are amino acids.
