Hi,
Please can you help me. I have been having problems with my penis now for about 1 year. 1 year ago I tried the "jelqing" exercise. I tried the exersizes for 6 weeks at 10 minutes a day. After these exercises I couldn't get an erection and my foreskin was so sensitive. 6 months down the line I have got my erections back but it does last long. During sex I could ejaculate in 1 minute. Sometimes my penis hangs to the left but mostly it don't bend at all.

Now 1 year down the line, I have been to the urologist, who advised everything was ok with the urethra etc. I still get pains under the penis down the urethra and I am very sensitive when I feel my foreskin. Every time I urinate i get pain down the urethra and in my foreskin.

My blood pressure is low (normal) and I have no infection.

This is really getting me down as i have had these pain for neally a year

Your problem is due to the abrasion of your penile surface nerve and to the abrasion of your prostate and urethral ejaculation duct and nerve due to jelqing-induced over-masturbation and over-ejaculation. The abrasion damage causes the pains in your penis, urethra and prostate.
