Me and my girlfriend have sex all the time and i used 2 be able to keep going for like 15 minuts but resently ive been ejaculating in like 30 seconds and i cant help it.
I masturbate like 1s a day and when im with my girlfriend we have sex like 3-4 time that day. I also used to smoke alot of pot.
these are the only things i can think of that i think could cause premature ejactulation.
Is there anything i can do to bring back my sexual stamina that doesnt involve any tipe of drug?
