I seem to have given myself an inguinal hernia after a very lengthy night of intercourse. I noticed the 'lump' the next morning. Can't believe this could happen from too much sex, but the evidence is there--went to a doctor for confirmation. My question: is surgery my only option at this point, or is there something herbal/diet (macrobiotic?)/exercise, that could help heal the tear. Thanks for any help.
