Pre-ejaculation fluid (precum) and premature ejaculation for no sexual orgasm

im 19 years old, i secrete an extremely large amount of precum and i also ejaculate prematurely, i would like to kno what to do to get over this problem

Over-masturbation/Over-ejaculation, medication drug, chronic drug abuse, weak erection, chronic PC muscle nervous reflexion (particularly for assisting an erection), excessive semen in the seminal vesicles, or over-exciting prostate and bulbourethral glands by an excessive testosterone and DHT binding in the local hormone receptors and by excessive PC muscle exercises can cause excessive precum release and premature ejaculation.
