Case Title: Anti-depression drugs cause his erectile and orgasmic
dysfunction - of course for no sexual orgasm

I have ED about have of the time and am virtually always anorgasmic. I suspect prescription medications are part of the problem (for example, I am on
Remeroon 90 mg per day for insomnia and anxiety). I also take other medications that affect serotonnin levels, such as
Imiitrex for migraines and Serooquel for insomnia and anxiety. The medications are useful and I should probably not go off of them, but they are likely materially affecting the quality of my love life. Can another medication be taken with the ones I am already on to improve the quality of life factor WITHOUT causing my current meds to no longer work (i.e., would the medications be antagonistic and work against each other)? Because of my age and some risk factors for cardiovascular disease my doctor does not want to prescribe a testosterone patch. Yet I do not want to take an herbal suppliment because they are not FDA tested and some can cause severe side effects (like Epheda issue).
At about age 45 I was fully functional, but then I can't remember if I was on the medications at that time. I have read that while testosterone decreases with age, it seems to me that I am not old enough to have the severity of dysfunction that I do. Curiously, my brain is sexually active in that I have arousal there very frequently, but the parts of my body that do the trick are not in sync. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.
