I am hypothyroidism and take synthyroid. I had a hysterectomy and take premarin. I am 47 female, 120 lbs, 5'1" in good health. I have problems with
fatigue, low sex drive, very few orgasms. I cannot have orgasm through intercourse. Only oral stimulation. I am newly married (less than a month) and need some advice on what products I can take for an overall healthy happier
