Case Title: Over-masturbation has enlarges his inguinal hernia hole hole and shrunk his penis for no more sexual orgasm

I thought I got an inguinal hernia - masturbating 5-10x/week, I got a bulge on the right side of my groin at the same time my left testicle rose up just after masturbating. I simply pushed it back in - the bulge went back in and the left testicle dropped back.
